INTRODUCING The GLOBAL ORCHESTRA, a dynamic multicultural performing/educational ensemble that will introduce young children and their families to the world through sing-along/dance-along concerts that feature a diversity of kid-friendly international songs.
The Global Orchestra will consist of ten exceptional musicians who originate from ten distinct geographic regions of the world. Fusing global genres, they will initially perform songs from the All Around This World global music and world cultures curriculum, but WILL expand into any form of music that introduces students to THE WEALTH OF WORLD cultures. WITH YOUR SUPPORT, The band will be available for booking IN the summer of 2025 as a full performing unit, or in sub-groups that can perform and teach workshops at any school or festival worldwide.
More that just a band that plays a phenomenal show, The Global Orchestra will be an unrivaled educational entity that will be available to teach to children in any forum, catering to any school, library or music festival's interests, needs and budget. SOUNDS GREAT, YES?

All Around This World is seeking 1000 very kind people — teachers, parents, musicians, humans from all parts of the globe — to join the AATW Cultural Appreciation Project by sharing a short video clip of a song, dance, holiday, food, or other tradition that answers the question, “WHAT DO I LOVE ABOUT MY CULTURE?” The clips will debut for an international audience at our Global Orchestra kick-off/global fundraising concert October 18th to 20th, and will help raise money both for the Global Orchestra and the TiME Fund, an All Around This World project to provide emergency micro-grants to traditional musicians in need.
